Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to the Ballery platform operated by SIA "Ballery", registration number 40203285423.
Summary: you can cancel anytime; all sales are final and we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time. Statutory consumer rights are described below and are not affected.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it is downgraded.
If you do not cancel before the renewal date, the next billing period is charged automatically at the then-current price.
2. No refunds for unused time
All sales are final. We do not refund or pro-rate amounts already paid for the current or any previous billing period, including where you stop using the Service, forget to cancel, change your mind, or only used part of a period. This reflects the digital, immediately-accessible nature of the Service.
3. EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal right for digital content
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving reasons (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
You expressly acknowledge and consent that:
- performance of the digital content begins immediately upon payment and account activation;
- by starting to access lessons, videos or other digital content within the 14-day period, you lose your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you have not accessed any digital content during the 14-day period, contact support@school-ballery.com and we will refund your last subscription payment.
4. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (including, in the EU, conformity guarantees for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and, in the US, applicable state laws). If the Service is materially defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund as required by law.
5. Exceptions we handle case-by-case
Even though all sales are final, we will review the following on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@school-ballery.com within 30 days:
- duplicate charges or other clear billing errors;
- technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing the Service for a substantial portion of the billing period;
- unauthorized or fraudulent charges (please also notify your bank);
- any refund required by applicable law.
6. Trials, coupons and promotional offers
Free trials and promotional pricing are subject to additional terms shown at activation. Promotional periods are not refundable in cash. If you cancel during a free trial, no charge is made.
7. Chargebacks
If you disagree with a charge, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may lead to immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are not valid and to recover associated fees.
8. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank and is typically 5–10 business days.
